I was taking some photos while traveling to Trivandrum, from Sharjah Airport. It was a morning and view was amazing. It feels like moving from beauty of desert browns to the real greenery of Kerala. In middle it is blue see. Here is the photos

This January I am completing Four years of my life in Flip Media – a company that works like my passions. This is like my second family with a lot of amazing people from around the globe.

I was at Flip Trivandrum – Flip Media’s Tech hub, in the beginning of my career. The late night hard works and Fun life we gone through, was a great experience in my life there. 2 years before I moved to Flip Headquarters at Dubai, to join the core products team.

Most of the time I was working on development of Navisite CMS and its predecessor Chameleon.Each and every day we were going through some state of the art new technologies and researching on the best possible solution for our clients.

Working with the amazing people in my team – Shuja, Imthi, Dinesh Lalvani and Yogesh, is one of the best experiences I am having in Flip. The stuff that changing day by day, Modern development procedures, constant flow of new ideas and concepts and “Have fun” kind of work life in Flip, made me love this company more and more.

In Flip everyone is known with their own special abilities, most of them has their popular blogs, twitter accounts, music career, cooking, traveling etc & etc .We share them and enjoy it here.

I have a lot of things to say about my company, but I can’t add all of them here. But you may experience it by joining Flip by checking any suitable positions opened at our Careers web page.

Finally after more than one year, I updated my blog. Unfortunately may be due to a lazy digital life style, I forgot my blog for a while

I started thinking about updating my blog after Shuja posted his long awaited blog post entry, struggling to blog.

When Ambarish started his blog, he asked me some help on setting up. He linked my blog on his blog. This also gave me more strength to update my blog.

From Flip Trivandrum most the guys started blogging. And Muhammed shameer blogged about the Flip Trivandrum bloggers. All started twittering, and Saifudeen said twitter is for lazy bloggers. All these new happenings made me update my blog again for new start.

Updates

Blog theme is updated with the iBlog theme by Andrew Powers and Pagelines Design, inspired by Apple – also in these days I switched to mac from Linux, will update about this in upcomming posts .
Edited the theme to make it work with my Open id authentication – my blog URL is my Open ID. Added my “photoblog” page back in, by a small hack
Added plugin All in One SEO Pack .
Added Lightbox Plus plugin to make my old lightbox stuffs work.- There exists lot of amazing alternatives for lightbox these days will updates with similar one later.

Since my wordpress installation was a bit older some existing plugins made problems while updating to latest. With wordpress plugin autoinstall features everything went very easy.

Back again to Dubai and blogging

After a long delay I am restarting my blog. I was almost forgot my site after one month failure of my home system.

Lot of events and changes are gone, I miss all those posts in my blog

Now I am in Dubai, and having a new life, Flip Media and Friends.

Pictures are taken with my new sony cybershot W35 digital camera with 7.2 Megapixel and Carl Zeiss lens. Imthiaz and we went for GITEX, one of the big electronics shopping festival last week and done some shopping. Pradeep and shameer bought new laptops, me bought a Motorola S9 stereo bluetooth headset. It is realy nice to hear music with new stereo hand free.

Thempammoodu is a small village near Venjaramoodu, Trivandrum where I born and live 17 years. My old home, school, childhood dreams etc are there. It is great pleasure visiting the place and our farms.

3 Weeks in UAE

I got chance to work from UAE head office of Flip for 3 weeks. I reach Dubai on 9th December 2006. City was great with cool weather to live. After working on different offices of Flip Media – Dubai Media City (Part of Internet City), Karama offices in first week , I went to Sharjah where my brother works.

It was Flip’s Christmas Party that night. Imthi, Me and Sajid reach Grosvenor house hotel (http://www.grosvenorhouse-dubai.com/), on Imthi’s new car. It was a great party.

Second weekend, I went to Abu Dhabi, were one of cousin Shajid and his family stay and work. He picked me from my room. On Friday we went for viewing the Island, and beauty of the city. It was a nice day living in Abu Dhabi.

Last weekend after the year end Meeting of company again at grosnvenor house Hotel, I went to Sharjah on Friday morning. Shan, Nissan and Baby (Brothers – who lives there) and my own brother Lal was there and we gone for a Ride on Shans car around Dubai, Sharjah done some shopping, gone for DSF.

And on 31st morning returned back to India. It was a great joy life in UAE.

It is the matter of freedom
